ActiveMQ AJAX with GWT

Is anyone using ActiveMQ AJAX with GWT? I've tried a number of
different approaches in deploying the AjaxServlet with my GWT app, but
I continue to receive ClassNotFoundExceptions on
javax.jms.Destination. This happens in Jetty 6.1 and Tomcat 6.0. It
seems I can't find the "sweet spot" necessary to get these frameworks
working together.

Has anyone had any luck?
