[android-developers] Re: Hide Keyboard on a Password field

Thanks for the suggestions.

We want the user to enter the text, only that it would not be done
using the Hard/Soft keyboard. Was of the opinion that setting the
InputType to null and then using a TextWatcher/
customTransformationMethod to replace the character would help?
