CakePHP Web-Application in Mobile Web-Browsers.

Hi to all bakers,

I want to develop a browseable web content targeted mobile devices
(i.e. iPhone series, Windows Mobile series, etc.) with built-in mobile
web-browser. Question: a developed web-application in CakePHP is able
to view and support by those mobile web-browser without wobbling
CakePHP performance? Thanks anyway.
