[Google Maps API v2] Getting co-ordinates of a locality / area from the specific address.

Hi,

I have a list of specific addresses for whom I can get the GEO
information (lat / long). What I require is the GEO location of the
area they are in.

For example, their might be a famous restaurant in a specific area of
the town. What I need is the GEO location of the area the restaurant
belongs to. I have the GEO co-ordinates of the restaurant.

One possible solution would be to get the the rectangle of the area
and then find its center. Is there a way to do this ? Get the area
rectangle / Geo Info from a specific GEO location ?
