[Google Maps API v2] using geocode. cant find Afula Israel

I found that i cant find address Afula in Israel.

with this request i get only one result, that is in Marian Islands but
no results with Israel.
http://maps.google.com/maps/api/geocode/xml?address=Afula&sensor=false

If I make reverse geocoding, thean i also dont receive result that i
am looking for. ir returns "65, Israel".
http://maps.google.com/maps/api/geocode/xml?latlng=32.610771,35.288934&sensor=false&language=lv

Am i doing something wrong or its is bug?
