Sort of. I'm getting some NPEs when calling the billing service, and
it doesn't look the problem is in my code. Haven't been able to
reproduce it, but it does happen in the wild. (see more other thread)

Not that much, but it definitely needs some thought/work. Just dropping
the Dungeons sample in your code is not enough.

Homespun. But I only have upgrade licenses, so no real content.
Server side code just checks signatures and generates nonces.

Not so for, but that's still on a relatively small scale.

Using third party solutions might violate the Developer agreement,
so you'd probably want to get legal advice if you decide to use it.
