[android-developers] android-developers] Where does SetupWizard.apk come from ?

Dear All

I find an apk named  SetupWizard.apk(it is used to setup the parameters when first start a android phone

or after resetting it to the factory setting) after making the source code which is in the "out" folder,

but I never ever find the corresponding source code.

So, does anyone here know about it?
