[android-developers] Install % not updating?

Is it only my app which has an install% not updating, but the download
number is?

This has been going on for a week.

No new installs as far as Google is concerned -> Install% going down -
> Ranking from #4 to #8 --> Sales tanked

Of course, nobody at Google is responding.
