[Google Maps API v2] How to Troubleshoot "Sorry but we don't have imagery ... "?

For a fairly ambitious V2 script, I'm getting perfectly satisfactory
results with IE 9 and FF 3.6.11.

But Chrome (12.0.742.100) and Safari (5.04) give me only some of the
tiles, and the subject complaint.

This is on a Vista platform, somewhat busy.

I'll appreciate any suggestions re where to start trying to nail this
one.

The script has a lot of dependencies, and I'll get it online for
viewing as soon as I can, but pending that I'll appreciate any
thoughts re where to start looking. Thanks, all.
