[Google Maps API v2] Text box and button does not appear in IE

Dear All,

            I have this link http://183.78.169.53/maps/addLocationMapv1.php . I know the key is not the right one before we move to proper server. There is only one problem if your notice in firefox there a text box and search button at the top right. But the same thing does not appear in IE. Any solution please?
