[Google Maps API v2] Zip Code Map Design to include population data

Primary Need
We are an international franchisor. We need to design franchise
territories in the USA by zip code and in Canada by postal code . We
need mapping software that provides the population of the specific zip
codes (postal codes) selected. If this is available in one country but
not the other we would still be interested.

Secondary Need
We have a internal google map of all 108 of our US offices that we
want to publish so that is shows up on Google map searches. We
submitted it before but have been unable to successfully publish
it.
