Slight correction to the data structure:

$this->data = array(
  'ClinicProfile' => /* ... */,
  'Logo' => array(
    array('file' => /* here goes the upload array1 */, 'model' => 'ClinicProfile', 'group' => 'logo'),
    array('file' => /* here goes the upload array2 */, 'model' => 'ClinicProfile', 'group' => 'logo'),
    /* ... */
  )
);

And a few additions:
