[android-developers] Recent developments regarding Android (HTC) patent infringement lawsuits

I know this is not exactly programming (code) related. However, this one decision seriously affects every single one of us here...

Now I am not trying to rip on Apple but this is absolutely ridiculous... This has the potential to bring the entire smartphone industry to its knees here in the US.
