Language support for extended character sets is problematic. But what
is very important is that, in Turkey, the API only supports locating
addresses which are actually shown on the map tiles. The Google Maps
geocoder is different: that has a larger dataset which includes
business names, and may well include alternative street names.

So I repeat:

Is "Fatih Çarşısı" the name of a person, building or business? If so,
leave it out. Is " Şeref Şirin Mah." the same as " Şeref Şirin Sk"
which appears on the map? If so, use that.
