[Rails] looking for a RoR developer

Hey there,
We're a UK startup looking for a RoR developer to provide support to
an existing developer on a product that has already been through
several iterations. I've listed a couple of the core skills below.

Required skills:
* Ruby on Rails
* Test Unit / RSpec
* Javascript
* PostgreSQL
* Git / Github
* HAML
* SASS

Nice to haves:
* Mootools and JQuery
* Shoulda
* Cucumber
* Solr
* CSS
