[android-developers] Speech based Search

Hello All,
I know this topic must have been discussed many times and i tried
searching the solution for this problem for a long time.
I am a newbee in android development and wish to include a speech
based search on web in my app.

What could be the possible way for it?
Is there any plug-in for same?
Is there anything free for speech to text conversion?
