GWT taking too much of time to load?

Hi,

I'm new to GWT, i have few questions and i list here one by one.

1. Why GWT is taking more time to load ?
2. The GWT plugin is not installing into the firefox 6.0?
3. What's the need to use GWT instead of jQuery or Mootools?
