Multilingual Urls

Hi,

I searched a lot in Google, but didn't find the perfect solution...

I have a static page in many languages and I want to use the follwing
structure

domain/01/my_translated_section_name

In my routes I want to decalre now a rule that all pages containing
the /01/ should rout to the static page pages/01_content.ctp

How can I solve that? I am really lost.... Please help!
