[Rails] Getting started problems

I am a newbie to Ruby on Rails.
I created a new rails project, but when i go to that directory and do
rails server to start the server, it asks me whether i want to
overwrite config/initializations/session_store.rb

Due to which I am unable to see the normal index.html, when I type
localhost:3000 on my browser.
