[Rails] Re: javascript_include_tag error

I guess I can always just do this:

<script type="text/javascript"
src="http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.6.2/jquery.min.js"
></script>
<script type="text/javascript", src="jquery.rails.js" ></script>

but I'm still wondering why I got the error.
