[Google Maps API v2] Re: object doesn't support method 'addOverlay'

looks to me like you're mixing v2 and v3 code. You should be happy
you're getting a map at all ;D

you have to choose one (and being that v2 is deprecated, v3 would seem
to be the way to go)
