How to implement this function?

I want to implement such a function:

There is a Page A, in which there are many links when I click, it will
open a new window to direct to other URLs. I want to implement some
new function, whenever I open a new window from Page A. How could I
realize that?

Or, is there a function that could implement Window.OnOpenListener
(which does not exist)?
