Worth noting that this is the first thing you're instructed to do in
the documentation for the admin docs system:

https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/1.3/ref/contrib/admin/admindocs/

Might be a good idea to double-check the rest of your setup against
that to make sure nothing else is missing.
