[android-developers] Re: What's the best method to "force" the user to rate my program?

1. On the next update, force the user to rate it, or else, the app won't update.

1. How would you accomplish this without breaking the terms of the market? 

2. Do you seriously think this would result in anything but a string of 1 star ratings?
