[android-developers] Re: Settings.Secure.ANDROID_ID not unique on DROID2?

Is the ANDROID_ID the id that is used to identify phones/emulators in
ddms?
My phone has the rather unlikely id 0123456789ABCDEF.
I guess my roms maker took the xkcd approach to random numbers.
