Fresh install of cake 2.0 stable - Console error

Hi All,

Just installed CakePHP 2.0 stable release on a QNAP NAS server.
However when I try to run the console it gives
me the following error(see below). With 1.3 it worked fine. I don't
have a real expertise on this erea so hopefully somebody could help me
out.
