[Google Maps API v2] How to get someone to respond about a contract

I have been trying desperately to speak with someone with the
commercial mapping API group. My contact is not responding to emails
or phone calls and the Google operator will not provide me access to
anyone in this group. She said there is no phone number to this group
so you have to email them.

So, I've tried to use the side door email and all I get is a form
letter with links to demo software.

We own a contract and need to renew, but no one is reachable.
