[Rails] How to store 3D images in ROR

Hi,

I am making a rails app. I want it to store some 3D files. I am using
Mysql. And also my storage system is on Amazon.

Please let me know what kind of 3D file extensions are supported.

I tried .obj files but no luck .

Help will be appreciated .
