[Google Maps API v2] 602 error

Hi volks,
I try to get geocodes via maps.google.com API.
I have a valid key.
The sensor is false and the url I use is:
http://maps.google.com/maps/geo?output=xml&key=KEY&sensor=false&q=ADDR,+Hungary

I have more than 3000 addresses in a sql table and wrote a php script
to obtain the coordinates. The only goal is to write back the lat and
long into table.
The first about 100 queries were succesfully but no more. I still get
the 602 error.

Have somebody any idea what would be resolving the problem?
