[Google Maps API v2] alternative for jqeury tabs for google maps

Hi guys, is any of you know of any alternative to using jquery tabs
for perfect rendering of google maps? coz am really finding very hard,
have followed most of the help on jquery tabs for google maps but i
have really failed.
please help.
