Not all data from MS-SQL gets into view

Where you see the codes in the view, they do not get populated.  However, the first name and the last name do get populated.  Not all of the rows have an rih_code, has_code or mir_code, but they have at least one in each column (they can be NULL after all).  What could cause some of the values to not be populated?
