I haven't done it but it doesn't sound particularly difficult and
you've described exactly what you need to do. You may need to use a
browser control to get and display the image.
Presumably this is to run on a Windows machine, so you do need to
include a link to Google Maps which will open in a browser -- see the
Terms, 10.1.1(h)(ii)(y) http://code.google.com/apis/maps/terms.html
