I would say that you could tryout with Eclipse Galileo. I have one uploaded file. You could check at http://hotfile.com/dl/135169076/1b6608a/android_eclipse.rar.html
It contain the Eclipse Galileo with ADT Plugin Install.  Just you have to get Eclipse Galileo and get install the Android SDK only.
