Error installing Eclipse Google App Engine Plugin--How I Resolved It

I got an error similar to another user:
Error:
Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could
not be found.

I believe I have found the solution (at least in my case) for why it
wouldn't work, so I thought I'd post it in case other people are
running into the same problem:

I had done a brand new eclipse install (actually, it appears you don't
really "install" eclipse--you just unzip it somewhere), and I even
tried different versions of eclipse, but I was getting the same error
still. I even downloaded the plugin and tried to install it from the
local file system with the same results.

Basically my problem was that in each case, I had unzipped eclipse
into my "C:\Program Files\" folder (I am using Windows 7) and as soon
as I moved it out of that folder, it fixed the problem (you might need
to restart your computer to move it--for some reason some eclipse
files were still "being used" so Windows wouldn't let me move them...
even though I closed it...). I suppose the problem must have
something to do with permissions associated with writing to that
folder.

Hope this is helpful for somebody out there. It was a frustrating
problem for me, because there really appeared to be no good
explanation until I tried moving the eclipse folder.
