How to append parameter on submit link?

In an add view I have a submit button:
<?php echo $this->Form->end(__('Submit', true));?>
.. this goes to "blogtest/images/add". Is it possible to append a
parameter so instead it goes to "blogtest/images/add/".$this-
>params['pass'][0]?
