Some stuff I'd try.

1 - Add a new class to the library and try to instantiate that, just to verify it also doesn't work.

2 - Start from scratch and do it over again, step by step, creating the library project. Start with adding just *one* file and try to instantiate a class from it. See if that works. If so, add the others one by one.
