[android-developers] How can I solve com.google.zxing.NotFoundException exception?

Hi guys,

Am is using zxing for barcode reading,

previous I pasted one sample barcode image in sd card and i read the
barcode and got barcode information.

Now same i am trying to run the same program, am getting below error
in logcat, not even open the application layout in emulator.
Error is:

01-10 11:14:23.397: W/System.err(2124):
com.google.zxing.NotFoundException

can U please help me?
