Baking a plugin from the beginning to the end

Hi, I'm trying to learn how to bake a CakePHP plugin starting by a PHP
class I've written useful to validate images and upload them, I really
would like to do it but I haven't found a full tutorial from the
beginning to the end on how to bake a CakePHP plugin for some task.

I've found many plugin only but I just would like to learn how to doit
by myself, does exists dome resource with a full plugin tutorial?
