[Google Maps API v2] Automatically load KML from MSAccess

I'm working on a small MS Access database project for my company where
I have to regularly upload a KML file to Google Maps (Unlisted Maps).
I'm able to reliably export the KML file from Access and then manually
upload the file to our maps in Googles My Places. But would like to
take it a step further and automate the import directly from Access
into Google maps.

Is there some API or code that I can use to feed this KML file
directly into Google Maps?
