[Rails] Why Unicorn don't want to make .pid file?

I use VirtualBox with gem Vagrant, (lucid32, rvm 1.10.2, ruby 1.9.2,
rails 3.1.0, nginx 1.0.11 + gem Unicorn) and Capistrano .
Which configured with the tutorial

And my Unicorn don't want to start =(

After cap deploy i get this:

There's no .pid file, no .log files
Manually i created all folders, so no effect =(

Who have experience with Virtual Machines and Vagrant?
Probably, met the problem before?

If i will not be annoying for You I can give the package.
