Your Calculate button doesn't do anything. It's not inside the form so
it can't submit it. Get rid of the form tags which don't contain
anything, and add an onclick="showLocation()" attribute to the button.

You do need to note the Terms of Service. If you use the Directions
service you MUST show either a map of the route or the tabular
directions or both. You may not simply use the data.
