Including Gadgets in GWT Project

Hi,

I am currently developing an application for a client to use with in
the LAN. I would like to provide a dashboard for the user based on the
Gadgets so the user will have the flexibility to manage his dashboard.
Can we use the Gadgets with out uploading/publishing it in the
internet ?
