You want an answer to "how i can update my database remotely using server???" when you have not added information like:

- What database are you using?

- Where this database lies (servers side? on the client?)

- What server are using?

- What communication protocol are you using?

- What work you have done so far to solve this on your own?

- What specifically you are having trouble with?

- (And most importantly) What exactly do this have to do with developing Android Apps with the Android SDK?

And you want "the answer"? Read the link I gave you. Ask a better question. You might get a better answer.
