Thanks. I've run it after reinstalling the API v3 files. Less drastic
than rebuilding a machine.

The error still didn't make sense.

It turns the file mentioned does exist, but if you actually trace the
resource ID in R.java, it doesn't match the file mentioned. The
resource ID matched a file that was in drawable-mdpi but not in
drawable, a classic 1.5 mistake.
