[Google Maps API v2] Geocoding Addresses with PHP/MySQL

I was able to get the Lat/Long but following the instructions from
here:

https://developers.google.com/maps/articles/phpsqlgeocode

How do I get this to also include the following info in the table?

1. administrative_area_level_1
2. administrative_area_level_2
3. administrative_area_level_3
4. colloquial_area
5. locality
6. sublocality
7. neighborhood
8. premise
9. subpremise
10. postal_code
11. natural_feature
12. post_box
13. street_number
14. floor
15. room

I got these attributes from here:
