[Google Maps API v2] HTTP-query

By means of language Java I do HTTP-query on Google maps, method GET,
query I form correctly.
The answer I receive in format JSON, at the answer there is a string:
"Access denied". Before I have received key API on the address http://localhost
(for me the query becomes from the usual application, instead of a
site). I do not understand, in what the problem can be, why the query
deviates?
