Are you interested in oAuth capabilities only (authorization) or Twitter functionality as a whole (post, delete, etc. )?

If you want a Twitter client take a look at Python Twitter < http://code.google.com/p/python-twitter/ >.  I've used it a bit for posting and seems to work OK.
