[Google Maps API v2] Create a pin to select any place in Google maps(returns Name & Time of selected place):Eclipse Blackberry Plugin

i m creating a mobile application(Blackberry) in which i have used
google maps and now i want to create a pin on the maps which can be
dragged and placed any where on the map and it should return the name
and time of that place.
