[Google Maps API v2] jQuery google Maps tool-tip not works on iPad.

 Please   I  would  like  to  know   why  this   jQuery   with  Google  Maps    code   not   display   the   tool-tips   with   text  message   in   iPad.
 It works  fine   with  any  browswer :  Mozilla,  Google  Chrome, Safari ,  IE7 ,  etc..   less   iPad , here   is  the  Google  Maps   working    cool
