[Google Maps API v2] Maps API v=2 updated to 2.400 (v=2.s in May 2011)

Hi all, 

This week we updated v=2 to 2.400. We plan to update v=2.s to 2.400 in May.

There are no notable changes for this release. 

Please do consider upgrading your applications to the V3 API. As you know, V2 is deprecated and a lot of development effort is focused on V3.
